Japanese apparel and lifestyle brand Uniqlo launches its ‘Arigato Festival’ on November 24. With ‘Arigato’ meaning ‘Thank You’ in Japanese, the brand aims to celebrate its India customers and offer them discounts, novelty items, and in-store activities.
“With our Arigato Festival, we express our gratitude to the local community for their love and support in making Uniqlo and LifeWear integral to their daily lives,” said Uniqlo India’s CEO Tomohiko Sei in a press release. “Embracing the spirit of the traditional Japanese concept of Kanshasai (Thanksgiving), we aim to bring joy to our customers by offering quality LifeWear essentials at attractive prices, exclusive novelty items, and a range of exciting in-store activities.”
The event will feature limited time offers on Uniqlo’s ‘Ultra Light Down’, ‘HeatTech’, and ‘Fleece’ ranges until November 30. The brand has created an exclusive, stainless-steel tumbler which will be gifted to shoppers who spend over Rs 10,000 during the event and customers will also have the chance to win free gifts in a lucky draw.
Uniqlo will also launch its latest collaborative collection with designer Anya Hindmarch across its brick-and-mortar stores and on its e-commerce store on November 24. The collection is designed for the winter festive season and mixes its classic LifeWear silhouettes with Hindmarch’s modern, feminine aesthetic.
